MSR Concep 1.1
I found this neat social media site for freelance designers where buyers//potential clients post a project which needs to be done & designers can respond to the job with a submission. Yes, you can get money for your work. However, your designs needs to be selected.
I found a good one just to get my feet wet as a freelance designer. I’m working on a logo for a radio personality. From my understanding of the creative brief the buyer wants cool and hip. I wanted to use bright, cool colors and keep it simple. Some of the best logos are simplest, e.i: American Airlines, American Apparel.
They were very tough on likeness on my design.
Not edgy enough. Do not like the color palette at all. The microphone is boring and predictable. The M to the S makes it look like a 6.

It comes with the territory, my dude. Simple is king, but some clients don’t understand that. That’s why there are a lot of tacky logos out there. The only part I agree with the guy is M & S, it does look like a 6. But overall it’s not bad. Even when people give you ideas, they still don’t know what they want.
